Bar Muscle up
Rx: 155kg (Offset by 25kg).
Intermediate: 130kg (Offset by 20kg), substitute Bar Muscle ups with Ring Dips.
Scaled: 105kg (Offset by 15kg), substitute Bar Muscle ups with Hand release push-ups.
Deadlift will be completed as a pair, both individuals working at the same time, with an offset weight. Muscle ups will be completed as one person working at a time, tagging in and as the team chooses.
Scaled ONLY: For hand release push-ups the reps are double; 42, 34, 8.
