Competitor A, 4 Rounds of
50 Double Unders
15 Pull Ups
Competitor B, 3 Rounds of
12 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups
Competitor C, 2 Rounds
9 Bar Muscle Ups
Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 40/30 will replace Pull Ups for Competitor A.
Pull Ups will replace Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups for Competitor B.
Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups will replace Bar Muscle Ups for Competitor C.
Competitors A and B will replace Double Unders with Lateral jumps.
Competitor A must complete all stipulated reps before tagging in Competitor B. Competitor B must complete all stipulated reps before tagging in Competitor C.
Competitors may only assist each other to the Pull Up bar, however must be clear of the working individual before reps may be started.
