STEP 1

The first thing you should do is come in and experience one of our CrossFit classes – Your first class is FREE.

There is no need to worry about your current fitness level or age, CrossFit is designed to facilitate all abilities, ages and genders regardless of ones experience and exposure to fitness.

Feel free to bring along family or friends as we support a social and welcoming environment.


STEP 2

Sign up.

And…

We do need you to attend our introduction program within your first four weeks. The program runs the first full week of each month on Monday and Wednesday night.

During this time you will complete an introduction of the foundation movements, correct technique and fundamental movements unique to CrossFit.
