Notes | Movement standards

Athletes must start the next round with 1 hand on the wall

Sync. Toe to Bars:

  • Both athletes’ toes must touch the bar at the same time

  • Athlete’s toes must pass behind the bar at the bottom of the kip

Sync. Knee Raises:

  • Both athletes’ knees must meet parallel or higher with their hips at the same time

  • Athlete’s toes must pass behind the bar at the bottom of the kip

Assault Bike:

  • Seat height must be set prior to the start of the workout - there will be no adjusting of the seat during the workout or between rounds

  • An athlete must stay on the bike until the bike computer ticks over the required amount of calories (no ghost riding)

Sync. Thruster:

  • Both athletes must step past the cone before starting thrusters (lanes are offset - this requirement means that everyone travels the same distance to their bars)

  • Athletes must sync. at bottom and top

  • Hip crease must come below knee level at the bottom of the thruster

  • Athletes must hit full extension at the top of the thruster
