What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity, and often include components of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and much more. CrossFit workouts are designed to be scaled to suit anyone at any level of fitness or experience.
What is Elements?
Elements is our foundation course. This course covers the basic movements and techniques we use at CrossFit Taurus. It will help you feel safe and familiar with our gym as well as give you an insight to CrossFit Taurus. This course goes for three 1hr sessions.
What is Mamafit?
Mamafit is our ladies only class that runs for 1hour each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. This class is run on the same principle as our general CrossFit classes but, allows for our mothers to bring their children along (regardless of age).
When are block courses?
These are speciality classes which run for a set duration depending on the particular course.
Where do you start?
We recommend coming along for a free Trial. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, meet our trainers, and gain an insight to CrossFit Taurus and our members.
What is the Competitors program?
This program is designed for individuals who would like to take their training to the next level. There is no 'minimum requirement' to do the program. However, it is recommended that you do have some experience and relative skill set that you would have developed during your time doing CrossFit
