The first thing you should do is come in and experience one of our CrossFit classes – your first class is FREE (Bookings are essential so please contact us to arrange a time).
There is no need to worry about your current fitness level or age, CrossFit is designed to facilitate all abilities, ages and genders regardless of ones experience and exposure to fitness.
Feel free to bring along family or friends as we support a social and welcoming environment.
Next, is to begin our Elements Course. This consists of 3 sessions – During which time you will develop a basic understanding of the foundation movements, correct technique and fundamental movements unique to CrossFit. This is the first step for everybody new to CrossFit Taurus, regardless of physical ability or experience.
The program will cover the following:
1. Press, Push press and Push Jerk.
2. Back squat, Front squat, Overhead squat and Thruster.
3. Deadlift, Box Jump, KB Swing, Burpee, Push up and Wallballs.
All movements can be altered and modified to suit individuals.
Monday/ Wednesday/ Thursday at 7 – 8pm.
$150 per person, or FREE when you sign up to a membership.
On completion of the Elements Course you will be ready to progress to our group classes.
