STEP 1

The first thing you should do is come in and experience one of our CrossFit classes – Your first class is FREE.

There is no need to worry about your current fitness level or age, CrossFit is designed to facilitate all abilities, ages and genders regardless of ones experience and exposure to fitness.

Feel free to bring along family or friends as we support a social and welcoming environment.


STEP 2 (BEGINS FEB 2018)

Next, you are required to complete a joining consultation – This consists of two, 45 minute sessions with one of our Trainers.

During this time you will be taking through goal setting, a mobility assessment and provided guidance to help you going forward. You will also be given Nutrition guidance, and complete an introduction of the foundation movements, correct technique and fundamental movements unique to CrossFit.

You will also be given your own Taurus Training Booklet.

Cost - $60 per person

 


STEP 3

On completion of your joining consultation you will be ready to progress to our group classes, and join our membership.
