The Taurus2's invites teams of two, one male and one female to compete in their choice of either Rx, Intermediate or Scaled, in a ONE day competition held @ CrossFit Taurus on the 25th May 2019.

Division Guidelines

Below are guidelines, not necessarily the weights or movements which will be programmed. If you’re more often than not achieving the prescribed standard in your gym, the division is for you.

Scaled

  • DL: M60kg/F40kg

  • FS: M50kg/F35kg

  • Snatch: M35kg/F15kg

  • Thruster: M35kg/F15kg

  • Stoh: M35kg/F15 kg

Can perform each of –

  • Clean and Jerk/Push Press

  • Single skips 25+ per minute

  • Wall Ball Shots: M6kg/F3kg

  • Box Step Ups: M24”/F20”

  • Hanging Knee Raises

  • Lunges

  • Row

  • Bar Facing Burpees (With jump over or step over the bar)

  • Run up to 1km

  • Jumping C2b Pullups: 4-6 consecutive reps

  • Supported Handstand hold: 30sec

Intermediate

  • DL: M75kg/F60kg

  • FS: M65kg/F50kg

  • Snatch: M45kg/F25kg

  • Thruster: M45kg/F25kg

  • Stoh: M45kg/F25kg

Can perform each of –

  • Clean and Jerk/Push Press

  • Double skips 25+ per minute

  • Wall Ball Shots: M9kg/F6kg

  • Box Jumps: M24”/F20”

  • Toes To Bar

  • Weighted Lunges

  • Row

  • Bar Facing Burpees (With jump over the bar)

  • Run up to 1km

  • Pistol

  • Pull Ups: 4-6 consecutive reps

  • Ring Dips: 4-6 consecutive reps

  • Kipping HSPU

  • 5m Rope climb

Rx

  • DL: M100kg/F85kg

  • FS: M80kg/F65kg

  • Snatch: M60kg/F40kg

  • Thrusters: M60kg/F40kg

  • Stoh: M60kg/F40kg

Can perform each of –

  • Squat Clean and Jerk

  • Double skips 50+ per minute

  • Wall Ball Shots: M9kg/F6kg

  • Box Jumps: M30”/F24”

  • Overhead Weighted Lunges

  • Row

  • Bar Facing Burpees

  • Run up to 1km

  • Weighted Pistol

  • C2B Pull Ups: 4 – 6 consecutive reps

  • TTB: 4-6 consecutive reps

  • Bar and Ring Muscle Up

  • Strict HSPU

  • 5m Legless Rope climb
